Unveiling Your Multitudes: Embrace Your Infinitely Unique Complexity and Beauty

You contain multitudes.

This slight variation on Walt Whitman's quote from 150 or so years ago points to something really essential. As you go through the process, deeply personal and spiritual process, of clarifying your unique self, “who am I at my essence,” don't stop at one, two, or even three qualities or facets.

Dig deeper. Explore with curiosity and appreciation the incredible complexity of yourself at your essence, not in your wounding, at your essence.

When you do that, you start to gain a deep appreciation for who you are, who you might become, and who you've been.

It's all part of learning how to appreciate ourselves and even love ourselves. And if we can love ourselves, perhaps we can love in the world even more deeply and effectively. You are not just one thing.

You are infinitely complex, unique, and gorgeous.

Dig deep and find out how gorgeous you are.
