Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”)
-
Is Integral Becoming psychotherapy?
No. This is customized, embodied, psychospiritual education, not a clinical intervention. People in need of clinical help with a disease or condition should see an appropriate clinician. This modality makes no assumptions about your health other than the assumption that you are healthy enough to learn.
-
Is this work covered by insurance?
No. Because it is not designed to be a clinical intervention to treat a disease or condition, insurers will not cover Integral Becoming. This is transformational learning, not the treatment of diseases or conditions.
-
If this work is embodied, how do you do that virtually?
Clients find a private space, usually in their home, in which they can move their bodies and make sounds without concerns about being interrupted or disturbing others. When movement and/or vocalization are what is called for, Dr. Goddard guides his clients in safely moving and/or vocalizing via Zoom.
-
Can I work with Dr. Goddard in person?

-
