Join Ronen Goddard, PhD, and JP Pizzino, MD, for an evening of rhythm, connection, and community at the Spring Forest Community barn! Our drum circle is a free gathering open to everyone, whether you're a seasoned drummer or just curious to try.

We meet on the second Friday of each month at 6:30 PM, with drumming from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Bring your own drum if you have one—if not, we’ll have extras to share. Together, we’ll create a joyful space for expression, relaxation, and celebration.
