Integral Becoming offers a variety of workshops and retreats, ranging from a couple of hours to a long weekend. My retreat leadership began at Shalom Mountain, in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Out of that work and my training and experience in retreats and workshops over the course of my lifetime has evolved a series of offerings that could very well energize your connection to your life force and soften up some of the obstacles you’ve faced in trying to live as an expression of that unique life energy.

While I lead most of my retreats at Sky Pond, in Apex NC (shown in the above photo), retreats are portable things, and am open to discussions about leading or co-leading an event in your part of the world.
