How to Transform Life's Challenges into Opportunities for Growth

Your difficulties, whether within you or apparently outside of you, are not a mistake and they're not a problem if you choose to look at it in a different way.

In fact, you could look at them as part of the curriculum that you signed up for. Part of the journey you booked. Part of the travel agenda that you scheduled.

I prefer to look at them as an opportunity. An opportunity to discover what in me is ready to be healed, what in me is ready to grow, what in me is ready to expand.

And as I've said before, I'm inviting myself and I'm inviting you to cultivate a worldview that sees everything that you might have otherwise characterized as a problem as just part of the curriculum that you signed up for. And with that, you can kind of excitedly say,

"wow, what an interesting problem I've been given to solve! Let's see what happens next!"

It really changes everything about how you see your life and how you see these so-called problems. Let's call them opportunities.
